Broccoli and Cauliflower salad


This is a really quick and healthy salad that will accompany great any meat or fish dish. 

We all love a cheesy, creamy cauliflower baked in the oven, but we don’t need to add cream and cheese to make it tasty. Here is how it is done


  • 1 Broccoli
  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Oregano


  1. Cut the broccoli and the cauliflower into equal little bunches
  2. Bring some water to boil in a medium/small pot
  3. Put in the pot just the cauliflower or the broccoli. It is best to cook them separate as broccoli cooks a lot faster than cauliflower
  4. Try to boil them just enough to soften, but still maintain a bit of crunch. 
  5. Once done put them under a running cold tap to stop the cooking process
  6. Place the cooked vegetables in a large bowl 
  7. Add the olive oil, the lemon, the salt and oregano
  8. Use your hands to gently mix the salad

I will design a menu based on your preferences and occasion. All the ingredients will be sourced by me and will be fresh and organic where possible.

On the day of the event, i will arrive at your home and will do all the appropriate preparations for the meal. Depending on the menu i might need to be there a few hours earlier.

During the meal i will serve the dishes or prepare the buffet. Once the meal is complete, i will clear the dishes, clean the kitchen and then leave. Discreetly.
